A Diamond Image is a retailer of wedding and party favors and accessories. It is a home-based business involving no contact with merchandise. All products are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer or importer on our behalf.

A Diamond Image is not responsible for the quality or condition of items shipped. A Diamond Image is also not responsible for changes the manufacturer may make to products at any time. We do our best to keep our product offering current and accurate. If a product is no longer available at the time of purchase, we will notify the purchaser to offer refund or a comparable item.

Order Well In Advance of Your Event

We recommend at least an 8 week window when ordering. This is to ensure that if there is a product back-order, or are any problems with an order, arrangements can still be made to obtain or replace items in time for the event. Only defective items will be replaced. We do not accept returns nor do we issue refunds. We require prior authorization for replacement and do not offer expedited shipping on any orders or replacements. Due to the nature of our business, we are not responsible if the buyer has not received their merchandise in time for their event. This is why we strongly urge buyers to plan and purchase well ahead of time.
